Geraldine Ahimè Art Project is a fun, intriguing and curious project, “within reach” of everyone, young and old.

It tells, through images, the fragility, vulnerability, strength and hopes of the human being, it is a “still image” of our time, of society, of the various “faces” of man. Each work brings with it a reflection of any nature and maintains a constant pinch of irony that is needed to not take everything too seriously, for dramas this is not “the right stage”.

Geraldine Ahimè is the protagonist of the “adventurous journey”, she finds herself interacting with “special friends”, each with their own characteristic, role and identity. In Geraldine’s world there are 31 characters, born from her introspections, they represent the vices, virtues, emotions and fears of the human being. It is a work that relates, not only the protagonist to the characters, but also the one who observes, to Geraldine and her companions.

If in a painting you find, for example, “Candy Lina” who, in Geraldine’s world, is the symbol of hope and “Jack Darkness” who represents doubt and temptation, it will mean that the work will touch on the themes of hope, doubt and temptation. The artist prefers to give a “tool”, a “key to reading” rather than an explanation of the work and she does so through the different “roles and meanings” of the characters who “form” Geraldine herself. If you learn to “know” the character, you will know the meaning of Geraldine’s works.

The special characters live in a village called Pinkie which is divided into floors or boroughs each with its own pass and emblem, to enter each floor you also need a particular talent. Finally, the artist hopes to give a smile and an emotion through Geraldine and her friends, who thank you and wait joyfully for you.
