The Seller offers the products for sale on tanyadelbello.com and carries out its electronic commerce activity exclusively towards its end users who are consumers, i.e., any natural person acting for purposes not related to his or her own commercial, entrepreneurial or professional activity, if any.
The Seller reserves the right not to fulfill orders from parties other than the “consumer” or otherwise orders that do not conform to its commercial policy.
These Terms and Conditions exclusively govern the offer, submission and acceptance of purchase orders for products on the website tanyadelbello.com
You can request the Invoice document, made out to company, no later than 7 days from the date of order payment. All tax information, including email pec and SDI code should be provided to the email address: delbellotanya@gmail.com.
How to conclude the contract with the Seller
To conclude the contract for the purchase of one or more products, you must complete the order form electronically and submit it to the Seller, electronically, following the relevant instructions.
The order form contains a set of information about the item, its price (including all applicable taxes or fees), shipping and delivery costs, and the various conditions for exercising your right of withdrawal ,how and when to return purchased products.
The contract is concluded when the Seller receives, electronically, your order form, after verifying the correctness of your order information and your made payment.
The order form will be stored in our database for the period of time necessary to process orders and otherwise within the terms of the law.
The language available to conclude the contract with the Seller is Italian and English.
Once the contract is concluded, the Seller will take over your purchase order.
The Seller may continue with your purchase orders in case of non-payment, incomplete or incorrect information, and in case of unavailability of products. In these cases, we will inform you by e-mail that the contract is not concluded and that the Seller has not followed up on your purchase order specifying the reasons.
By submitting your order form you confirm that you understand and accept these Terms of Sale and additional information (Privacy Policy).
Once the contract is concluded, the Seller will send you, by e-mail, a confirmation of the purchase order, containing the information already contained in the order form and then an e-mail for successful shipment.
Guarantees and indication of product prices
Only products marked with the name TANYA DEL BELLO that are handcrafted are offered for sale on tanyadelbello.com. In some cases, products created in collaboration with Italian and/or international artisans and artists may be offered for sale.
The essential features of the products are presented within each product sheet. However, the images and colors of the products offered for sale may not match the actual ones due to the effect of the Internet browser and monitor used.
Product prices may be subject to updates.
The Seller, in the event of the exercise of your right of withdrawal, has the right not to accept the return of products that are without the relevant tag or have been altered in their essential and qualitative characteristics or have been damaged.

For payment of the price of the products and related shipping and delivery costs you can follow one of the methods indicated in the order form. You will find all payment methods in the purchase procedures.

Returns and Refunds
You have 14 days to decide whether to keep your purchases.
The 14 days are calculated from the date the order is received.
For exchange or return procedures, please contact Customer Service at this email: delbellotanya@gmail.com by including in the title of the email: RETURN and your order number.
1) Fill out the Exchange/Return Form and place it in the return package.
2) Make sure the products are in the same condition as you received them.
3) Be sure to place the items in their original box, which should then be protected by additional packaging so that it does not arrive damaged.
In the event that any of these conditions are not met, your change/return cannot be processed.
Acceptance of the return is made official only after checking that the items are in perfect condition and, above all, have never been worn. Refunds can be made up to 20 business days after the return of the items to the headquarters and the same payment method selected at the time of order will be used. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. As soon as the package arrives at my office you will receive a confirmation email and after I have thoroughly checked your return and will write to you to let you know if it can be accepted or not.

Shipping and delivery takes place during business hours Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Shipping of your purchase may not be the same as the date of order confirmation, which may leave 4-5 business days later, in any case you will receive an email confirmation with the shipping number so you can track every move.
