The Characters

1. Geraldine Ahimè

(The Protagonist)

Geraldine is the protagonist who explores emotions, fears, vices and virtues. She reflects on human frailties, extols the beauty of small things and hope. In an inner journey, she accepts herself, with no more time for ugliness, living with authenticity.

2. Angéline

(Geraldine’s guide, justice and truth)

She’s Geraldine’s special friend, silent but always present.

It is his excellent personal guidance,made up,fortunately,of good feelings,common sense and good manners.

3. Giona Love

(Geraldine’s fiancé)

Geraldine’s fiancé. He is a free and aware creature. Sea, infinity and beauty are reflected in his deep eyes, and he will choose Geraldine every day.

4. Zélie

(Geraldine’s bright friend)

Geraldine finds comfort in her friend Zélie, a little firefly capable of illuminating even the darkest nights, always showing her the way and making her feel safe.

5. Gils Alterego

(Geraldine’s ego)

Gils is Geraldine’s alter ego, analytical but self-centered. He exaggerates to stay in the center, embodying his dark side, “the dark side of the moon.”

6. Jody Skeleton

(The skeleton in the closet)

Jody Jo is the awkward friend everyone has. He shares uncomfortable secrets with Geraldine between love and hate, learning together that accepting the past is often the key.

7. Jack Darkness

(The flea in the ear, doubt and temptation)

Jack, a small but powerful presence, creeps into thoughts like a skillful and persuasive temptation. In Geraldine’s life, he is only an acquaintance, but he knows how to destabilize.

8. Winston Empty Bone – Light As Feather

(Maturity and awareness)

Geraldine and Winston are great friends.He is a wise counselor, able to offer new lightly perspectives. Invisible to the eyes, he walks among and above the clouds.

9. Mister Bullshit

(The bullshit, to do something stupid)

Mr. Bullshit is not a true friend to Geraldine, but an intrusive and manipulative presence. It is necessary to establish boundaries and not to listen to him too much to avoid risky situations.

10. Ops Oubli

(Distraction and forgetfulness)

Ops Oubli is an absent-minded dreamer, Geraldine’s friend. Together they often get lost in their thoughts, love to fly with their imaginations and find refuge in solitude to reflect.

11. Jolie

(The pet)

Jolie is Geraldine’s faithful friend, a loyal and loving presence. With her expressive eyes and devoted gestures, she communicates without words. She loves to play with plastic bottles.

12. Plûtot Twins – Lumière and Shade

(Light and shadow)

Light and Shadow, opposite twins, realize they cannot exist separately. Eventually they will accept their duality even if with inevitable conflicts. Geraldine and the Plûtot are friends.

13. Delirium Tremens

(The black fear)

The blackest and most paralyzing fear, Tremens, is fierce and merciless. Geraldine faces it only to grow, finding a balance. Although they do not love each other, they seek a compromise.

14. Miss Alaska Weaver

(Discipline)

A very special friend for Geraldine. Miss Alaska is particularly disciplined and Geraldine tries, as much as possible, to take her cue and stimulus.

15. Lucky Star

(Fortune)

She brings good fortune. She, the luck, an elusive friend. We don’t know much about her because she appears only on occasions, bringing resolutions to all situations.

16. Mr. Time and his two sons Here and Now

(The Time)

Sometimes he is a friend of Geraldine, sometimes he is not. Mr. Time, the one who dictates his laws, the “beats,” defines day and night, seasons and moons.

17. Pablo and Amaranta Volver

(Unconscious and consciousness)

A pair of strange friends in Geraldine’s life, maybe she feels more connected to Amaranta because she knows her better. Pablo, on the other hand, abysmally distant, though “close” to her, has always been very difficult to get to know him; he is the unconscious.

18. Ginko Dunkan

(The news)

Ginko, a magic crow that brings good and bad news. He who reminds you that “everything has a solution”.
By his visit and “talking” he only asks that we never forget the recommendation.

19. Airi

(Poetry and harmony)

Little Airi, all dressed in gold. She is poetry and harmony. She meets Geraldine for enjoyment occasionally.

20. Lilybel Little Voice and Viola Soledad

(Inner voice and intuition, “silence” in a positive sense)

The dragonfly Lilybel often visits Geraldine. The two have become very close friends in recent years, ever since Geraldine decided to listen to that strange little voice in her head.

21. Alippo and Mela Nobi

(The innocence)

They are brother and sister. Small children, Geraldine’s friends. The pure and the beautiful souls.

22. Eiv and Näif Vasilinsky

(Universe and Gratitude)

Mr. and Mrs. Vasilinsky the geniuses of the music box. Big friends and Geraldine’s confidants. When she needs them, switches on the music box and magically they appear.

23. Heller Ellis Fishersnob

(The conceited)

Geraldine does not like Mr. Heller Ellis. He is conceited, a know-it-all, and, at times, arrogant. Mostly a cod, he does not feel like a fish; he prefers to call himself a snob.

24. Lady Candy Lina

(Hope, faith and mercy)

She is hope. She is a great friend of Geraldine. Candy Lina has a peculiarity: she never dies because she is fuelled by people’s hopes.

25. Billy “The Twist”

(The coincidence)

Geraldine meets Billy from time to time. And a slender, tall boy. He wanders around Pinkie’s kingdom in a “casual” manner, with his hands in his pockets, everyone knows, however, that “chance or coincidence” does not exist, is never a coincidence.

26. Santalba Of Death and Mr. Knock Knock Luis

(Change and rebirth, the “bill”)

For Geraldine, Santalba Of Death is just an acquaintance; she has, however, had the opportunity to meet her on several occasions. It is important to know that she arrives to point out that it is time for a change.

27. Queen Sky

(Courage and strength)

Another very special friend of Geraldine’s is Queen Sky. She is a little bee and she is the Queen of the warrior kingdom. She is able to instill in Geraldine the courage she needs.

28. His Majestic The King Silly Penny

(Money and frivolity, power and control)

Geraldine barely knows the King, she knows him much more by appointment and rejoices. Many call him King “SS” because of how evil and haughty he sadly remembered.

29. Miss Prudence Patience

(Prudence and patience)

Geraldine loves spending time with Miss Prudence. For friends is just Prue. She is quite smart and pays great attention to details.

30. Princess Humilí

(Humility)

Humilí is Geraldine’s beautiful rag doll and she is the Princess of the “Kingdom of the last ones”, because the last will be the first one day.
She is simple but never banal, spontaneous by nature, appreciates kindness and authenticity…

31. Lady Océane Chic

(Grace and kindness)

Lady Océane Chic is the beautiful jellyfish that lives in Pinkie’s ornamental aquarium. She is so fluctuating that, just looking at her, she can take you far into the depths of emotions…
