Geraldine meets Billy every now and then. Billy is a slim, tall guy who wanders “casually” around Pinkie, with his hands in his pockets but everyone knows that “this twist or coincidence” is never a coincidence. When he arrives everything becomes more serious and everything makes sense, even in the strangest of situations and nothing seems like a coincidence anymore. He is the son of Eiv and Näif Vasilinsky (the music box geniuses, respectively Universe and Gratitude), they send him around the world to check, in a completely “random way”, that everything “runs smoothly” and as meticulously studied and agreed upon by his parents. Billy moves “in silence” and anonymity away from “curious eyes”, basically no one knows when he might arrive. Billy is engaged to Lucky Star (fortune) and apparently their relationship Is written in the stars. They have the blessings of Eiv and Näif. Billy travels a lot and Lucky Star sometimes follows him.
